摘要
脱籽是葵花加工产业化中的一个重要环节。脱籽辊是葵花脱籽机的核心部件,对整机的工作性能起着至关重要的作用。针对现有葵花脱籽辊的不足,设计了一款新型葵花脱籽辊,并基于Solidwoks2012软件建立其实体模型,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。结果表明:在一阶模态时脱籽辊振动严重,最大径向变形达到17 mm,设计时脱籽辊回转平面与保护壳及弧形栅板之间的距离应大于该值。通过径向变形云图分析,并结合实际生产作业,得出脱籽辊转速为705 r/min时脱籽效果较佳。
Seed removing is an important part of the sunflower seed processing industry,and a seed removing roller is a core part of a sunflower seed removing machine and plays a vital role in the work quality of the whole machine. In view of the weaknesses of sunflower seed rollers,a new type of sunflower seed removing roller is designed,with its body model established based on Solidwoks2012 and a finite element analysis made using ANSYS. The result shows that in the first-order mode,the seed removing roller vibrated seriously,reaching up to 17 mm. The distance between the rotary surface of the seed removing roller & protective shell and the curved grid should be greater than this value.Through radial deformation cloud chart analysis,coupled with actual production operation,it is concluded that the best seed removing effect can be achieved when the seed removing roller rotates at a speed of 705 r / min.
