兰州市居民收入倍增计划实施现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Implementation of Lanzhou Residents' Income Doubling Plan

兰州市于2012年开始实施《甘肃省城镇居民可支配收入倍增计划(2012—2016)》,现为调查计划实施状况,依据2012—2014年相关数据,对兰州市居民收入现状进行调查和分析,调查结果表明:兰州市居民收入提升水平并未达到预期效果,通过分析发现制约兰州市居民收入增长的因素包括收入差距较大、物价上涨过快、市场危机和自然环境恶化,并根据分析结果提出改善兰州市居民收入水平的政策建议。

Lanzhou began to implement the Gansu Province Urban Residents’ Disposable Income Doubling Plan （20122016）in 2012. In order to investigate the situation of implementation, the article made the investigation and analysis of thesituation of residents’ income in Lanzhou based on the data from 2012 to 2014. The results showed that the plan did notget the expected results. The factors constraining Lanzhou residents ’ income growth were as follows： large income gap,excessive rise in price, market crisis and the deterioration of natural environment. It put forward some suggestions ofimproving Lanzhou residents’ income level.
