稀土顺丁助剂体系在工业生产上的优化

本文介绍了燕山石化橡胶厂稀土顺丁装置生产稀土顺丁橡胶所用的助剂优化情况。结果表明:通过优化助剂体系,解决了其对聚合造成的影响,对胶液在管线中输送无影响,稀土顺丁成品内在品质和物理机械性能未有明显变化。

The optimization of an additive system for the industrial manufacture of rare earth butadiene rubber was introduced in this paper. The results show that：the influence on the polymerization of butadiene is reduced. The delivery of polybutadiene rubber solution is easy and the quality and mechanical properties are almost the same.
