高温硫酸钙阻垢剂的合成及性能测定

摘要 油田采出液无机盐含量较高,蒸汽加热器换热界面温度在170~200℃左右,极易出现无机盐结垢问题,其中硫酸钙垢结构致密,一旦形成很难去除.根据加热器结垢特点,合成开发出一种针对高温条件下硫酸钙垢的化学防垢剂HT-01,单体配比MA:AAE:单体甲:单体乙为62.5:7.5:15:15,引发剂用量为10%,调聚剂用量为4%.HT-01与采出液水质具有良好的配伍性,具有良好的油水分散性,200C以内的环境下,投加60mg/L的药剂就可抑制硫酸钙垢的生成. Inorganic salt content in the produced fluid is higher, resulting in oilfield produced fluid scaling often occur. Oilfieldsteam heater heat exchange interface temperature is controlled in 170-200℃, appear easily inorganic salt scaling . Calcium sulphatehas a compact structure. In view of the oilfield steam heater scaling, we developed a synthesis chemical antiscale agent HT-01. Itsmonomer ratio is MA: AAE: monomer A: monomer B = 62.5:7.5:15:15. The dosage of initiator is 10%, the dosage of the telogen is 4%.HT-01 and produced fluid has good compatibility. It has good oil and water dispersion. Within 200℃ environment, the water adding60 mg/L of HT - 01 can inhibit calcium sulfate.
