摘要
鼠笼式脉冲电脱水器是采用鼠笼式电极结构和高压脉冲电场相结合的方式对原油进行脱水处理。鼠笼式电极结构提高了电脱水罐利用空间,并且能在原油流动方向上形成下弱上强逐层变化的电场,与原油含水量在罐内下高上低的分布特点相适应。高压脉冲电场使油水乳化颗粒在瞬间高压下极化、聚结。智能调节供电系统可避免因短路或电流增大导致电场电压的降低。总之,这款高效电脱水设备能满足社会对节能降耗的迫切需要。
Squirrel-cage pulsed electric dehydrator is used for crude oil dehydration,which integrates squirrel-cage electrodestructure and high voltage pulsed electric field. Squirrel-cage electrode structure can improve the space utilization of electricdehydrator. The electric field gradually increases from the bottom to the top of the tank along the crude flow,which is in line withthe distribution of water content in crude oil in the tank. The oil-water emulsion particles in high voltage pulsed electric field will bepolarized and coalesced. The intelligent control of power supply system can avoid reduction of electric field strength caused by shortcircuit or the current increasing. In conclusion,this high efficient electric dehydration can meet the requirements of energy saving andconsumption reduction.
