摘要
针对辽河油田水井主推的桥式偏心分注技术存在的Y型分注工艺需水嘴关闭,水泥车打压坐封,增加水嘴打开和水泥车打压工作量和费用等问题,研制了一种免释放分层注水技术,通过对原有桥式偏心分注管柱分注工艺优化设计和新型注水工具研制,实现分注管柱开嘴注水坐封和一次测调。技术从2012年至今已累计在现场应用272井次,对应油井累计增油2.8195万吨,创经济效益5477.9万元,产生了良好的经济和社会效益。
According to the disadvantages of ridge non-release concentric separated injection technology currently used inLiaohe oilfield and through the optimization of original technology and the development of new injection tool,this paper describes anew type of non-release separated injection technology and acquires better economic and social benefits.
