摘要
针对大于30°的大斜度井存在封隔器密封合格率低、有效期短,测试成功率低的难题,研究了大斜度井同心分注技术,该技术可实现洗井与防落物沉砂功能,延长管柱寿命,解决管柱砂埋不能洗井问题,管柱采用同心对接调整水量,测试成功率高。
Aiming at the problems faced by the packer of highly deviated well(well deviation angle:〉 30)such as lowsealing qualification rate(76.7%),short effective period(≤ 1 year)and low success rate of testing(25%),concentric separatedinjection technology for highly deviated wells is researched in this paper. This technology can realize the functions of well flushing,falling objects prevention and sand setting,prolong pipe string lifetime and solve the problem that well flushing cannot be realizedwhen pipe string is buried by sand. Also,high success rate of testing can be acquired when pipe strings adopt the connection ofconcentric butt-jointing to adjust water volume.
