金融风险是当今世界各国面临的重大问题，随着我国金融体制改革的不断深入，多年积累的问题和矛盾逐渐暴露出来，为了维护国家经济的安全和金融安全，规避和化解金融风险显得十分的重要，本文就金融风险分类，生成机制，如何防范和化解谈几点看法。

System factors are the main cause of financial risks. The purpose of guarding against and obviating financial risks is to ensure the security of national economy and finance. So, to create a favorable external environment for financial institutions, we have to ascertain the capital nature, develop the capital market and deepen the reform of enterprises.
