积极稳妥地推进高校人事制度改革

摘要 高校人事制度改革是高校内部管理改革的重要内容和关键,本文论述了高校人事制度改革的必要性和紧迫性,从五个方面具体提出了做好人事制度改革的方法。这些做法,将会使高校充满活力,有利于建立一支人员精干,素质优良的教师队伍和管理队伍,对高校人事制度改革有借鉴作用,高校人事制度改革势在必行。 The personnel system reform of the higher educational institutions is the important and key content of the reforms for higher educational institutions′ internal administrative systems. This essay discusses from six prospects the approach for personnel system reforms, showing the necessity and sense of urgency for the reform of higher educatlonal instltutions′personnel system. The approach may help the higher educational institutions to build up a good team both for teaching and administration so as to activate the vitality of the higher educational institutions. This may be of a helpful reference for the reform of the higher educational institutions′ personnel system. We should accelerate the pace for the reform of higher educational institutions′ personnel systems.
