摘要
微信公众号为图书馆提高自身服务质量、优化图书馆资源配置提供了新路径。文章从账号主体、内容发布、读者互动三个层面对全国406个高校图书馆微信公众号进行调查后发现:开通比存在层级差异性、微信公众号运营缺乏重视、服务内容较为单一、互动交流机制不健全是当前高校建设图书馆微信公众号面临的普遍问题。未来高校图书馆微信公众号应从读者需求出发,延伸传统服务内容、实现移动服务增值、提高知识传播效果、优化服务资源配置。
WeChat official account has provided a new path for the library to improve service quality and optimize the allocation of library resources. After the survey of 406 WeChat official accounts of university libraries from the aspects of account subject, content publishing, interaction with readers, we find out that: there existing level differences in creating WeChat official account proportion, overlooking account operation, single service content, unsound interaction mechanism, which are common problems that all universities face when they create WeChat official accounts. Future academic library WeChat official accounts should start from reader's need, extent traditional service content, accomplish the mobile value- added service, improve knowledge communication effect, and optimize source allocation.
