输尿管软镜联合B超定位治疗多囊肾的临床应用

Clinical Application of Combined Treatment of Polycystic Kidney with Soft Lens Combined with Ultrasound

目的探讨输尿管软镜联合B超定位治疗多囊肾的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年1~12月我院收治的52例多囊肾患者,根据其治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组各26例。对照组给予保守治疗,研究组采用输尿管软镜联合B超定位手术治疗。比较其临床应用效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者肾功能指标BUN、Cr含量明显下降,与对照组相较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并且,研究组患者治疗后血压情况及腰疼程度也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论输尿管软镜联合B超定位治疗多囊肾是安全有效的,可作为临床上治疗多囊肾的一条切之可行、行之有效的方法之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of polycystic kidney with the combination of the flexible and flexible ureter. Methods 52 cases of polycystic kidney disease admitted in our hospital from 1 to 2015 in December were divided into control group and research group, according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conservative treatment, and the study group was treated with the combination of flexible ureter and ultrasound. Compare the clinical application effect.Results After treatment, patients in the study group, renal function bun, Cr content decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; and after treatment, the patients in the study group blood pressure and pain degree was significantly better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It was safe and effective for the treatment of polycystic kidney by combining the flexible and ultrasonic treatment of the ureter. It can be used as a feasible and effective method for the treatment of polycystic kidney disease.
