标准去大骨瓣减压术在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Standard Large Bone Flap Decompression in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨标准去大骨瓣减压术在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年8月~2015年6月收治的97例颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机分为观察组49例和对照组48例,对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者采取标准大骨瓣减压术治疗,观察患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者恢复良好率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论标准去大骨瓣减压术在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果较好,患者并发症少,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of standard large bone flap decompression in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods 97 cases of traumatic brain injury patients admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects. According to order of admission were randomly divided into observation group（49 cases） and control group（48 cases）, control group patients were treated with conventional treatment, the patients in the observation group were treated with standard large trauma craniotomy, observed the clinical efficacy,incidence of complications.Results In the observation group good recovery rate was higher than the control group, the mortality rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, patients in the observation group complication rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The standard to large bone flap decompression in patients with traumatic brain injury has good effect, less complications, higher clinical application value.
