磁共振成像在经直肠双平面超声引导前列腺穿刺活检中的临床应用(附106例报道) 被引量:4

摘要 对前列腺癌疑似患者术前行核磁共振检查,并在经直肠双平面超声引导前列腺系统穿刺活检的基础上对磁共振显示可疑区域增加靶向穿刺,并与传统经直肠双平面超声引导前列腺系统穿刺活检对前列腺癌的诊断效能进行对比。核磁共振联合经直肠双平面超声引导前列腺穿刺活检对诊断前列腺癌的灵敏度特异度均高于传统经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺。在经直肠双平面超声引导前列腺系统穿刺活检的基础上对核磁共振诊断的可疑区域增加靶向穿刺,可以有助于提高前列腺癌的检出率,减少重复穿刺,具有较高的临床应用价值.
