甲状腺肿瘤手术治疗的临床特点

Clinical Features of Surgical Treatment of Thyroid Tumor

目的对一般治疗甲状腺肿瘤的手术的临床特征进行探讨,为今后治疗甲状腺肿瘤疾病提供可靠的依据和方法。方法对我院的40例甲状腺肿瘤疾病患者进行分析,这些患者均接受由普外科实施的手术治疗,并在手术后进行回顾性分析病理体征。结果 40例患者经过治疗后,肿瘤均得到的顺利的切除。手术耗时平均工作时间为(73.37±5.51)min,手术过程中平均出血量(38.45±4.52)ml,患者平均住院天数(8.05±1.27)d,无术后并发症产生。结论甲状腺肿瘤手术过程较好,治愈率较高。

Objective To explore the clinical features of the operation of the general treatment of thyroid tumors,to provide reliable basis and methods for the treatment of thyroid tumor disease in the future. Methods 40 cases of patients with thyroid tumor disease in our hospital were analyzed. All the patients were treated by operation in department of general surgery,and the pathological signs were analyzed retrospectively after surgery. Results After the treatment,40 patients were successfully removed. The average operation time was（73.37±5.51）min,the average amount of bleeding during the operation（38.45±4.52）ml,the average hospital stay days（8.05±1.27）days,no postoperative complications were produced. Conclusion The operation of thyroid tumor is better and the cure rate is higher.
