中间性细胞减灭术联合新辅助化疗治疗中晚期上皮性卵巢癌的临床研究

目的探究与分析中间性细胞减灭术联合新辅助化疗治疗中晚期上皮性卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2013年2月~2015年2月收治的90例中晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予肿瘤细胞减灭术后行化疗,观察组术前给予腹腔内以铂类为基础的化疗后,在行中间性肿瘤细胞减灭术,对比两组患者临床疗效、围术期指标、并发症发生率、随访1年复发率、死亡率、生存率。结果观察组较对照组相比临床总有效率提高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组与对照组相比并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组较对照组相比随访1年生存率、死亡率及复发率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组较对照组相比术中出血量较少、腹水量较少、手术时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组与对照组相比术后住院时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用中间性细胞减灭术联合新辅助化疗治疗中晚期上皮性卵巢癌的临床效果显著。

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to explore and analyze the impact of interval cytoreductive surgery combind with neoadjuvant chemotherapytreat for middle and advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods 90 cases with middle and advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected. All the patients divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table,45 cases in each group. 45 cases in each group,the control group were given chemotherapy after cytoreductive surgery,the observation group were given interval cytoreductive surgeryof after platinum based chemotherapy preoperative through enterocoelia,compared clinical efficacy、complications、and recurrence、mortality、survival rate during 1 year follow-up of two groups patients. Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group increased compared the control groupwith statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group and control group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The recurrence、mortality、survival rate during 1 year followup of two group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Observation group had less intraoperative blood loss、lower abdomen water、shorter operation time compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference about hospital stay time of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The interval cytoreductive surgery combind with neoadjuvant chemotherapy treat for middle and advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer can receive a remarkable clinical effect.
