胆囊管结石嵌顿的腹腔镜手术观察

Observation of Cystic Duct Calculi Incarcerated Laparoscopic

目的观察胆囊管结石嵌顿的腹腔镜手术效果。方法选择在我院进行治疗的40例胆囊管结石嵌顿患者为研究对象,回顾分析患者的资料,于术前对患者进行B超、CT等影像学检查进行术前诊断,对所选患者均进行腹腔镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 40例患者中术前明确诊断为胆囊管结石嵌顿者31例,9例患者经过手术探查证实,所有患者手术均顺利完成。术后3例发生并发症,经过充分引流后得以治愈。所有均未见腹腔感染、胆道损伤等严重并发症。结论胆囊管结石嵌顿患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗时,在确保术前明确诊断,术中严禁操作的基础上,能够有效的清除结石,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the cystic duct calculi incarcerated laparoscopic surgery results. Methods In our hospital treated 40 cases of cystic duct calculi incarcerated patients in this study,retrospective analysis of patient data,in patients with preoperative B ultrasound,CT and other imaging preoperative diagnosis,patient selection underwent laparoscopic surgery,therapeutic effects were observed. Results 40 patients in the surgery before the diagnosis of cystic duct calculi incarcerated in 31 cases,9 patients after surgical exploration confirmed that operations were successful in all patients. 3 cases of postoperative complications after adequate drainage can be cured. There were no serious complications in all abdominal infection,bile duct injury. Conclusion The cystic duct calculi incarcerated patients with laparoscopic surgery,before surgery to ensure the diagnosis,surgery based on the nonoperation,can effectively remove stones,a significant effect.
