微波治疗仪在小儿肺炎辅助治疗中的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Microwave Therapeutic Instrument in Adjunctive Therapy of Infantile Pneumonia

目的探讨微波治疗仪在小儿肺炎辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年4月~2015年2月收治的80例肺炎患儿为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,两组患者均采取小儿肺炎常规抗菌治疗,观察组在此基础上采用微波治疗仪进行辅助治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效,并对两组患儿肺部湿啰音消失时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、白细胞恢复正常时间进行比较。结果治疗5 d后,观察组总有效率为90.00%,与对照组67.50%比较显著提高（P〈0.05）;观察组肺部湿啰音消失时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、白细胞恢复正常时间分别为（3.89±0.12）d、（2.26±0.34）d、（7.39±1.48）d、（4.16±1.33）d,与对照组（6.18±0.64）d、（5.75±0.67）d、（12.77±3.58）d、（7.08±2.39）d比较显著缩短（P〈0.05）。结论微波治疗仪在小儿肺炎辅助治疗中疗效显著,无创简便,能在一定程度上缓解细菌对抗生素的耐药性。

Objective To explore clinical effect of microwave therapeutic instrument in adjunctive therapy of infantile pneumonia. Methods 80 cases of pneumonia in children treated in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were divided by random lot method into the observation group and the control group（each 40 cases）,two groups received conventional antibacterial treatment of infantile pneumonia,the observation group added microwave therapeutic instrument as an adjuvant therapy on the basis of the above,clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared,the disappearance time of pulmonary moist rales,defervescence time,the disappearance time of cough,white blood cell returned to normal time in the two groups were compared. Results After 5d of treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly increased than the control group（67.50%）（P〈0.05）,the disappearance time of pulmonary moist rales,defervescence time,the disappearance time of cough,white blood cell returned to normal time of the observation group were（3.89±0.12）d,（2.26±0.34）d,（7.39±1.48）d,（4.16±1.33）d respectively,which were significantly less than the control group[（6.18±0.64）d,（5.75±0.67）d,（12.77±3.58）d,（7.08±2.39）d]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Efficacy of microwave therapeutic instrument in adjunctive therapy of infantile pneumonia is remarkable,noninvasive and simple,can ease resistance of bacteria to antibiotics to some extent,has a value of clinic application.
