正畸联合修复治疗成人前牙列散在间隙的临床疗效

Clinical Analyze of Adult Anterior Dentition Scattered Space by Orthodontics and Repair Combined Therapy

目的观察正畸联合修复治疗成人前牙列散在间隙的效果。方法随机将40例前牙列散在间隙成人患者平均分为两组,对照组行单纯正畸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行修复治疗。比较疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率、咀嚼能力等优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗前牙列散在间隙效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect of adult anterior dentition scattered space by orthodontics and repair. Methods We divided 40 patients into two groups,control group used orthodontics,and observation group used repair on the basis of control group. Results The clinical treatment efficiency,chewing ability of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of orthodontics and repair on adult anterior dentition scattered space is ideal.
