腹膜透析患者糖尿病肾病组与非糖尿病肾病组对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病肾病与非糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者的一般情况的差别,从而指导临床治疗。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年4月收治的行腹膜透析的糖尿病肾病患者与非糖尿病肾病患者各60例为研究对象,对两组患者一般资料、临床检查指标、透析持续时间及并发症进行比较。结果两组患者性别比例、血钙及透析后Hb等差异比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05),糖尿病肾病组年龄为(67.35±13.48)岁,血磷为(2.51±0.73)mmol/L,与非糖尿病肾病组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);透析后ALB为(32.09±3.43)g/L,透析持续时间为(22.64±15.38)月,与非糖尿病肾病组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);透析期间腹膜炎发生率为60.00%,比非糖尿病肾病组高(P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者与非糖尿病肾病患者相比,年龄普遍较大,透析持续时间短,透析后各项实验室指标及营养状况均较差,且患者并发症较多。分析表明糖尿病肾病患者预后较差与患者年龄大以及营养状况差有关。 Objective To explore difference of general information of diabetic nephropathy and non-diabetic nephropathy peritoneal dialysis patients,so as to guide clinical treatment. Methods 60 diabetic nephropathy patients and 60 non-diabetic nephropathy patients who underwent peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015 were selected as study subjects,general information,clinical examination indexes,time of dialysis and complications in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in difference in sex ratio,blood calcium and Hb after dialysis between the two groups(P〉0.05),age of diabetic nephropathy group was(67.35±13.48)years old,serum phosphorus was(2.51±0.73)mmol/L,which were significantly higher than the non-diabetic nephropathy group(P〈0.05),ALB after dialysis was(32.09±3.43)g/L,time of dialysis was(22.64±15.38)months,which were significantly lower than non-diabetic nephropathy group(P〈0.05),incidence of peritonitis during dialysis was 60.00%,which was significantly higher than non-diabetic nephropathy group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with non-diabetic nephropathy patients,diabetic nephropathy patients are generally older,time of dialysis is short,various laboratory indexes after dialysis and nutritional status are poor with more complications. The analysis shows that poor prognosis of diabetic nephropathy patients relates to older age and poor nutritional status.
