瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined With Repaglinide in the Treatment of Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析2型糖尿病患者经瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月~2015年11月收治的68例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将所有患者分为两组,观察组（34例）与对照组（34例）。对照组给予预混胰岛素诺和灵30R皮下注射治疗,观察组给予瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗之后,观察组治疗Hb A1c水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组临床治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者经瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗的临床效果显著。

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect in patients with type 2 diabetes with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2014 to November 2015 admitted during the period of the clinical data of 68 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,according to admission order all patients were divided into two groups,the observation group（34 cases）and control group（34 cases）. The control group given premixed insulin 30 R subcutaneously and spirit,observation group was given with repaglinide and insulin therapy. Compared to two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Hb A1 c level after treatment,the observation treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,clinical observation group total effective rate significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients with the clinical effect of repaglinide combined with insulin glargine combined treatment is very significant.
