降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Hypoglycemic Agents Combined With Calcium Dobesilate Capsules in the Treatment of Diabetic Cataract

目的对降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的76例（138只眼）糖尿病性白内障患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的治疗,对照组患者仅接受降糖药的治疗,对比临床疗效。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗总有效率（32.86%）高于对照组（7.35%）（P〈0.05）。结论降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障疗效显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hypoglycemic agents combined with calcium dobesilate capsules in the treatment of diabetic cataract. Methods 76 cases（138 eyes）with diabetic cataract patients were selected in our hospital in July 2013 to July 2014,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in the observation group received the treatment of hypoglycemic drugs combined with hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules,control group patients received only the treatment of hypoglycemic drugs. The clinical efficacy was compared. Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were significantly better than the control（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate of the observation group（32.86%）was higher than that of the control group（7.35%）（P〈0.05）. ConclusionHypoglycemic drugs combined with calcium dobesilate capsules in the treatment of diabetic cataract patients with significant effect,can effectively control the blood glucose level.
