摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法随机将144例高血压合并冠心病患者平均分为两组,对照组行贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。结果观察组有效率、血压水平等优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病效果理想。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of CHD. Methods We divided 144 patients into two groups,control group used benazepril,and observation group used atorvastatin calcium tabletsn on the basis of control group. Results The effective and blood pressure level of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of benazepril combined atorvastatin calcium is ideal.
