盐酸米诺环素与甲硝唑棒治疗牙周炎的对比分析

Comparative Study on Minocycline Hydrochloride and Metronidazole Rods in Treatment of Periodontitis

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素（派丽奥）与甲硝唑棒（牙康）治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法按照随机数字的方法将我院2015年1~12月收治的60例牙周炎患者分为两组,观察组（30例）和对照组（30例）。给予观察组患者派丽奥治疗,给予对照组患者牙康治疗,对比并分析两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对牙周炎患者进行派丽奥治疗,效果显著。

Objective Make a research on clinical effects of minocycline hydrochloride（periocline）and metronidazole rods（yakang）in treatment of periodontitis. Methods 60 patients with periodontitis who were received and treated in hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were picked out to study and separated them into two groups,study group（30 patients）and control group（30 patients）respectively,patients in study group were given periocline treatment,while patients in control group were given yakang treatment,and then analyze and compare treatment effects of these two treatment methods between two groups. Results Treatment efficiency in study group is much better than that in control group. Such an efficiency differential between two groups is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periocline is much more effective in treatment of periodontitis compared to yakang,thus,it is good to promote and apply periocline in clinical treatment of periodontitis.
