目的探究静脉药物集中调配的流程优化措施。方法在本次研究中以本院静脉药物集中管理现状为基础,观察静脉药物调配的各个流程,结合具体工作阶段存在的问题,从实际情况入手,确定合理有效的优化措施。结果当前在静脉药物集中调配管理中存在管理不当、调配形式不合理以及管理方案流于形式等问题,增加了管理难度。结论对静脉药物集中调配形式进行优化处理是管理的必然趋势,也是提升工作效率的关键所在,相关工作人员必须对调配形式引起重视,对其进行优化处理,进而提高管理水平。

Objective To explore the process of intravenous drug centralized deployment optimization measures. Methods In this study was based on our college intravenous drug centralized management status,observe the intravenous drugs allocation for each process,combined with the specific problems existing in the work stage,from the actual situation,determine the reasonable and effective optimization measures. Results The current exist in the management of intravenous drug centralized deployment mismanagement,unreasonable allocation form and management solutions become a mere formality,increase the management difficulty. Conclusion The intravenous drug concentration optimized deployment of form is the inevitable trend in the management,also is the key to improve the work efficiency,relevant staff deployment forms must be caused take seriously,the optimized,thus improve the management level.
