摘要
目的探究使用针灸康复优化方法对偏瘫患者生活质量以及活动性能的作用。方法选择我院治疗的60位偏瘫患者研究,对照组使用一般的方法治疗,实验组实施针灸康复优化方法医治。结果实验组总有效率比对照组高,活动能力测评得分也高于对照组,精神功能缺失的评分情况比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义。结论偏瘫患者使用针灸进行诊治,能够提高诊治效果。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the quality of life and the activity of the patients with hemiplegia. Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital were studied. The control group was treated with general therapy,experimental group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the score of activity ability test was significantly higher than that of the control group,the score of mental function loss was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of hemiplegia patients can improve the diagnosis and treatment effect.
