祛银汤治疗血热性寻常型银屑病的临床有效研究

Study on Effective Quyin Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Blood

目的分析祛银汤治疗血热性寻常型银屑病的临床有效性。方法选取2012年4月~2015年4月到门诊进行血热性寻常型银屑病治疗患者52例,均给予祛银汤治疗方法,分析治疗前后所有患者的中医症候评分以及治疗有效率。结果经过积极对症治疗后,治愈为40例,有效为8例,无效为4例,治疗总体有效率为92.3%。结论对血热性寻常型银屑病患者采用祛银汤治疗方法,效果显著。

Objective Analysis of dispelling the silver soup in treatment of blood heat of clinical effectiveness with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Selection from April 2012 to April 2015 to the clinic for thermal treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris blood of 52 cases,treatment is to remove the silver soup,analyze all of the patients before and after the treatment of TCM symptom score and efficient treatment. Results After actively symptomatic treatment,cure for 40 cases,valid for 8 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,total effective rate was 92.3% Conclusion The blood hot sexual patients with psoriasis vulgaris remove silver soup treatment methods,the effect is remarkable.
