摘要
目的观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法随机将86例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿平均分为两组。对照组行孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组行小青龙汤加减治疗。结果观察组总有效率(95.35%)优于对照组(74.42%)(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of pediatric with cough variant asthma. Methods We divided 86 patients into two groups,control group used montelukast,and observation group used xiaoqinglong decoction. Results The total effective rate of observation group（95.35%）was significantly better than control group（74.42%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of pediatric with cough variant asthma is ideal.
