摘要
目的探讨采用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对冠心病伴心绞痛进行治疗的临床效果。方法在本院2014年12月~2016年2月收治的冠心病伴心绞痛患者中抽取66例并随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组仅采用曲美他嗪进行治疗,观察组则采用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的总治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对冠心病伴心绞痛进行治疗,可有效促进患者临床症状的改善,对于减轻其痛苦,促进患者生存质量的提高具有十分积极的作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of CSDP joint trimetazidine in treatment of coronary artery disease and angina. Methods In the hospital in December 2014 to February 2016 from your patients admitted to coronary artery disease and angina extract 66 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the control group using only trimetazidine treatment,the observation group use CSDP joint trimetazidine treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The total effective observation group were significantly higher efficiency,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use CSDP joint trimetazidine to coronary artery disease and angina treatment can effectively contribute to the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients,for alleviating their suffering,promote the improvement of the quality of life for patients with a very active role.
