高水平消毒后物品保存有效期探讨

目的比较一次性塑料自封袋与单层纯棉布包装高水平消毒物品的保存有效期限。方法 2014年1~12月我院工作人员对高水平消毒后的复用物品进行采样检测,采用无菌采样检测的方法在不同时间对两种材料包装的高水平消毒物品进行检测,记录细菌菌落数达到20cfu/件的时间并比较。结果一次性塑料自封袋包装的物品所有采样检测结果均合格。单层全棉布包装的物品放置20 d时采样结果显示〉20cfu/件。结论在我院现有条件下,一次性塑料自封袋包装的高水平消毒物品可将30 d作为保存指导期限;棉布包装的上述物品可将15 d作为保存指导期限。

Objective To compare the effective duration of the preservation between the disposable plastic bag and packing high level disinfection articles with single layer of pure cotton cloth. Methods The reusable articles after high level disinfection were sampled and detected through in our hospital staff from January 2014 to December 2014,and the high level disinfection products of two kinds of materials at different time were detected by the method of aseptic sampling and testing. Then,thenumber of bacterial colonies reached 20 cfu/pieces of time were recorded and compared. Results All the sampling test results of disposable plastic bag packaging items were qualified,and the sampling results when placing 20 d of single piece of cotton packing showed that 20 cfu/pieces. Conclusion Under the existing conditions of our hospital,the disposable plastic bags sealing high level disinfection materials can be saved 30 d as the guidance period. And the cotton packing of the above items can be 15 d as the preservation of the guidance period.
