耐多药肺结核实施完全管理方案的临床护理干预研究

A Study on Clinical Nursing Intervention of Complete Management Solution in Treatment of Multi-drug Resistant Tuberculosis

目的研究耐多药肺结核实施完全管理方案的临床护理干预效果。方法现从我院近几年的临床资料中抽选耐多药肺结核患者104例,随机划分入各52例的对照组与研究组,对照组接受院内责任护理与出院后的社区服务管理,研究组则实施完全管理方案,从临床疗效、患者依从性及满意度等方面对护理效果予以综合评估。结果研究组的临床总好转率、患者的依从性良好率、满意率分别为92.3%、96.2%、98.1%,相比之下对照组的更低,分别为75.0%、71.2%、75.0%(P<0.05)。结论耐多药肺结核实施完全管理方案有助于提高临床疗效,确保患者的治疗依从性,并可获得较高满意度。

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing intervention of complete management solution in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods 104 patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were selected from the clinical data of this hospital in recent years and they were randomly divided into the control group and research one,with 52 cases in each group respectively. Patients in the control group were given the hospital primary nursing and community service management after leaving the hospital,while patients in the research group were given the complete management solution. The comprehensive evaluation was performed on the nursing effect from the aspects of clinical curative effect,patient compliance and satisfaction. Results The total clinical improvement rate,good rate of patient compliance and satisfaction rate for patients in the research group were 92.3%,96.2% and 98.1%,which were significantly higher than that of 75.0%,71.2% and 75.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The completion management solution in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis contributes to the improvement on the clinical curative effect,the assurance of patient compliance and the high satisfaction.
