摘要
目的探讨老年心肌梗死患者恢复期的护理要点。方法资料收集我院自2014年4月~2015年4月收治的100例老年心肌梗死患者,按照抽签法将患者分为基础护理组和整体护理组。基础护理组行常规护理;整体护理组在基础护理组基础上行整体护理。评价护理效果、满意率和焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果整体护理组患者护理效果和满意率比基础护理组高,具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;患者焦虑、抑郁情绪比基础护理组轻,具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论老年心肌梗死患者恢复期给予整体护理效果确切,可改善患者不良情绪,提升治疗效果和满意率。
Objective To investigate the elderly patients with myocardial infarction convalescence nursing key points. Methods The data collected from April 2014 to April 2015,100 cases of elderly patients with myocardial infarction,according to the draw method divided the patients into the basic nursing and holistic nursing group. Based on routine nursing care group,overall based uplink holistic nursing care in primary care group. Evaluated the nursing effect,satisfaction and anxiety and depression. Results The overall nursing patients nursing effect and satisfaction rate was significantly higher than primary care groups,statistically significant,P〈0.05,patients with anxiety and depression significantly lighter than primary care groups,statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Elderly patients with myocardial infarction convalescence give effect is exact,holistic nursing care can improve patients with bad mood,improve treatment effect and satisfaction.
