摘要
目的剖析现代护患沟通用于儿童输液中的效果。方法按照挂号顺序将160例输液患儿分成实验组与对照组,每组80例。两组都予以常规护理,实验组加用现代护患沟通法。记录两组护患纠纷发生情况,比较家属满意率。结果实验组护患纠纷发生率为2.5%、家属满意率为96.25%,对照组分别为13.75%、76.25%。组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论儿童输液用现代护患沟通法,护患纠纷少,护理质量高。
Objective To analyze the effect of modern communication for children infusion nurses and patients. Methods According to the registration order 160 cases fluids were divided into experimental group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Both groups to routine care, the experimental group with modern communication method of nurses and patients. Records in the two groups dispute happening, nurses and patients families more satisfaction. Results The incidence of dispute of nurses and patients was 2.5%, family satisfaction rate was 96.25%, the control group were 13.75%, 76.25% respectively. Significant difference between groups, P 0.05. Conclusion Infusion in children with modern communication method, nurses and patients less dispute nurses and patients, nursing quality is high.
