摘要 细菌所致感染性疾病仍是世界范围内威胁生命和健康的疾病之一,抗菌谱广且成本较低的纳米银颗粒正成为一种新兴抗菌药。该文总结纳米银颗粒抗菌作用研究结果,讨论纳米银颗粒的抗菌机制及其安全性问题。 Infection diseases induced by bacteria continue to be one of the greatest health problems worldwide. In this framework, nanotechnology-based solutions, and in particular silver nanoparticles ( AgNPs) , have recently emerged as promising candidates in the market as new antibacterial agents because of the enhanced broad-range antibacterial/antiviral properties and low cost.Here we analyze the experimental conclusions on the bactericidal effects of AgNPs, and discuss the safety issues.
