近年来,互联网和移动终端技术的快速发展,极大地推动了音乐产业由实体唱片为主的传统传播营销模式,向以数字音乐和移动终端为主的网络传播营销模式转变。但与此同时,音乐版权保护问题也日益凸显,成为困扰音乐产业健康发展的现实问题,引起了政府主管部门和社会公众的广泛关注。构建互联网环境下合法合规的数字音乐传播模式,是当下亟待解决的一个现实问题。通过对互联网环境下的音乐版权保护问题进行研究,以期为推动互联网音乐产业发展提供思路。

The development of internet and mobile terminal technology greatly changed the landscape of music industry, whose business model has shifted from traditional record to network distribution. Meanwhile, the protection of music copyright is facing many problems, obstructing the healthy development of music industry. It is an urgent task to construct a legal digital music distribution pattern in the internet environment. The paper studied the music copyright protection in the internet environment, with an aim to promote the internet music industry development.
