旋膜式除氧器旋膜管流态仿真分析及优化

摘要 为优化旋膜除氧器旋膜管成膜性能,通过Fluent软件仿真的方法对旋膜管中流体流动情况进行了基于两相流的数值仿真分析。提出影响水膜裙形成的关键因素并进行适当优化。研究发现,对于固定单管流量的旋膜管,其壁面射流小孔的开孔方向(与径向夹角α,与轴向夹角β)是最终能否形成水膜裙的关键影响因素,根据优化结果,发现当α=60°、β=10°时旋膜管出口处切向流速较大,成膜效果最好。 To optimize the spin-film deaerator membrane tube forming properties, rotating membrane fluid in the tube flows was analyzed by simulated numerical analysis based on two - phase flow. Several key factors in forming a water film are proposed and optimized. For the single tube flow with fixed flow rates, the key factors to form the water film skirt arethe opening directions of the wall jet orifice ( radial angle a, and the axial angleβ). According to the optimization results, it is found that the case works best for the water film has parameters of a = 60 °,β = 10 °, which corresponds to a largest tangential velocity of the water at the outlet of the tube.
