摘要
利用SCADA系统的数据采集和远程监控能力,针对不同的制药生产设备,制定了不同的数据采集策略,最终实现对扶正化瘀产品生产全过程中重要工艺、质量和设备数据的实时采集、远程监控、数据存储和过程追溯,为未来该产品的工艺持续改进和节能降耗提供了技术和数据的支撑,也为解决制药过程中的数据完整性问题提出了一条可行的技术路线。
The different data collection strategies were developed using SCADA（supervisory control and data acquisition） system and remote monitoring capabilities for different pharmaceutical facilities and finally the functions of real-time acquisition, remote monitoring, data storage and process traceability for the data of important process, quality and devices in the whole production process of Fuzheng Huayu tablets were achieved so as to provide technical and data support for the continuous improvement and energy saving of the production process in the future, and also to find a feasible technical route for solving the data integrity issues during the pharmaceutical process.
