摘要
道床减振垫已在郑州地铁轨道上得到了实际应用。通过进行轨道静态锤击试验及在车辆正常运行条件下的轨道动态变形和振动测试,分析道床减振垫的减振性能。结果表明:道床减振垫实际应用时的固有频率为25.4 Hz,道床减振垫竖向振动频率在250 Hz、横向振动频率在100 Hz处的振动衰减趋势较大;在20~400 Hz频率范围内,采用道床减振垫相对于不采用道床减振垫的平均减振量为24.4 dB;在车辆正常运行条件下,轨道的动态变形满足列车安全运行的要求,隧道壁的竖向振动相对于不采用道床减振垫减少了15.7 dB;在静态和动态测试条件下,采用道床减振垫的减振量基本一致,具有较好的减振效果。
Anti-vibration roadbed damping pad has been applied in Zhengzhou metro.To analyze its vibration isolation performance,experiments are carried out on site in different loading conditions,including the hammer experiment without traffic loading,and the track vibration measurement in normal traffic loading conditions.The results show that the isolation frequency of the damping pad is between10 Hz and 15 Hz on the track in metro orperation.Compared with the track system without the damping pad in the frequency range between20 Hz and400 Hz,the average vibration insertion loss on the tunnel wall with damping pad track is about 24.4 dB,in normal traffic loading conditions,vibration insertion loss with damping pad in the vertical direction is 15.7 dB lower than that of the track without damping pad.It proves that in both static and dynamic conditions,the track installed with damping pad hasbetter damping performance.
