Design of Metro Rolling Stock Depot with Upper Cover Development

在当今土地资源日益紧缺的形势下,地铁车辆段上盖开发利用已成为一种趋势,但车辆段的上盖开发使得车辆段的设计趋于复杂。分析了上盖开发对车辆段设计的影响,从车辆段结构型式、车辆段上盖屋面、消防、室外综合管线等方面介绍了有上盖开发的车辆段设计,总结了相关设计要点。应在保证满足车辆段的规模功能及运营安全的基础上,最大化地兼顾车辆段上盖开发的需求。

Due to the reasingly scarce land resources in cities,the development and utilization of the upper cover of rolling stock depot has become a trend,but at the same time,the upper cover development would make the design of corresponding depot more complicated.To ensure the scale,operational safety and the maximization of development requirements of the rolling stock depot,the influence of the upper cover development over the depot is analyzed from aspects of the depot structure,upper cover building,fire safety and outdoor pipeline layout,the design points are summarized.
