摘要
在中国文化背景下,男女两性员工在职业生涯中遵循不同的发展轨迹,研究二者在获取职业生涯成功过程中组织政治行为的呈现形式及影响因素差异具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文基于SPSS、LISREL统计分析,以企业单位员工为调查对象,考察了包括普通员工、基层管理人员、中高层管理人员在内的男女各自组织政治行为的呈现形式及影响因素,结果发现:12.3%的被试者会主动实施组织政治行为,总体呈现出低水平的组织政治行为倾向,但男性员工组织政治行为实施频率较女性更高;在具体呈现形式中,男女在实施印象管理类组织政治行为上存在显著差异;组织政治行为实施的影响因素按程度大小排列依次为个体特征因素、组织工作因素、社会环境因素。
In the professional development process,male and female employees follow different upward trajectories.Studying the differences of presentation form and its influence factors of organizational political behaviors in the process of career success has important theoretical and practical value. This research is based on SPSS and LISREL Statistical methods to focus on the enterprise unit employee and comprehensively measures presentation form and its influence factors of organizational behavior. The result shows that the staff has low incentives towards the organizational politics behavior,only 12. 3% interviewees choose the organizational political behavior proactively,but the implementation frequency of male employees' organizational political behavior is higher than that of female; in the concrete form of presentation,there are significant differences between men and women in the implementation of impression management; the factors are ordered based on its influence: individual character factor,organization factor and social environment factor.
