水泥熟料对污泥中重金属的固化特性 被引量:3

摘要 采用不同比例干污泥加入水泥生料中制备熟料,通过Tessier连续萃取实验、易烧性实验和扫描电子显微分析等方法,研究了各重金属的固化率、存在形态的转变以及对熟料烧成的影响。结果表明:污泥掺入比例影响重金属的固化率,掺量为1%时重金属的整体固化效果最优;Tessier连续萃取实验说明,污泥中重金属的固化过程主要是存在于有机物结合态的重金属被固溶到熟料矿物晶体结构中;同时微量重金属提高了熟料的易烧性,掺量为1%时游离氧化钙含量最低。 With different proportion of dry sludge and cement raw meal,the curing rate of heavy metal of clinker has been studied.Then,by Tessier sequential extraction method and SEM analysis,the morphology of heavy metals,heavy metals influence on clinker burn ability has also been studied.The results showed that the curing rate of heavy metals was influenced by the different proportion of dry sludge,1% showed the best curing rate.Curing behavior of sludge is caused by organic combination state of heavy metals cure into the clinker crystal.The result also shows that the trace amount of heavy metals improves the clinker burn ability,while 1% has the lowest f-Ca O rate.
