摘要
本文研究了粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、石灰石粉三种矿物掺合料分别与硫铝酸盐水泥复掺,对硫铝酸盐水泥基自流平砂浆的凝结时间、流动度、抗压强度和收缩率等性能的影响,并借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对不同胶凝体系进行微观测试分析。结果表明:粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、石灰石粉参与胶凝体系水化的程度有限,主要起填充密实、调节砂浆强度等级的作用;同时通过改变掺合料的掺量,可以制备适应不同工程要求的自流平砂浆。
This paper studies the effect of fly ash,slag powder,limestone powder mixed with sulphoaluminate cement on the sulpho-aluminate cement based self-leveling mortar properties,such as setting time,fluidity,compressive strength and shrinkage rate.The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that fly ash,slag powder and limestone powder in cementitious system hydration degree is very limited,which plays on the main filling effect and adjusts the strength level of self-leveling mortar.At the same time,by changing the content of the admixture,self-leveling mortar can be prepared to meet the requirements of different projects.
