摘要
以粉煤灰和玻璃微粉为主要原料,水玻璃作激发剂制备了玻璃微粉粉煤灰基地质聚合物。讨论了玻璃微粉掺量、水玻璃掺量及模数、水灰比、养护温度各因素对制品抗压强度的影响。得出了优化的工艺条件为:水玻璃掺量12%,水灰比0.35,玻璃微粉掺量30%,养护温度40℃,水玻璃模数1.6。制备出了凝结时间正常,早强高强的地质聚合物。
Fly ash and glass powders were used as main materials to prepare geopolymer with liquid sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide solution as activator in this study.Influence of several affecting factors such as the dosage and modulus of sodium silicate,liquid-solid ratio and curing temperature etc.on the compressive strength of products were discussed.The results showed that the optimized processing condition was as follows dosage of sodium silicate 12%,water cement ratio 0.35,dosage of glass powder30%,the curing temperature 40 ℃,module of sodium silicate 1.6.Geopolymer with normal Setting time and early high strength was prepared.
