摘要
济南轨道交通R1线拟建成为国内首条全线路清水混凝土轨道交通工程,且为100年工程。为此,开展了混凝土体积稳定性的前期研究,即矿物掺合料对砂浆体积稳定性的影响研究,为高性能清水混凝土提供技术支持。研究了单掺粉煤灰(30%、50%)、单掺矿粉(30%、50%)、双掺粉煤灰和矿粉(30%+20%、20%+30%)对水胶比为0.5的砂浆的体积稳定性能的影响规律,分析了单掺与双掺矿物掺合料对砂浆体积稳定性的影响机理。研究结果表明:矿物掺合料的掺入均可有效降低砂浆的收缩率;粉煤灰对砂浆的收缩率的降低优于矿粉对砂浆的收缩率的降低;双掺矿物掺合料对砂浆的收缩率的影响界于粉煤灰与矿粉对砂浆的收缩率的影响之间。
Ji ' nan rail transit R1 line will become the domestic first full fair-faced concrete rail transportation project,and for the 100-years project.In this reason,the early research on the volume stability of concrete is carried out.The effect of mineral admixture on the volume stability of mortar is studied,which provides technical support for high performance fair-faced concrete.Study on the single mixed fly ash(30%,50%),the single mixed slag powder(30%,50%),double mixed with fly ash and slag powder(30% + 20%,20% + 30%) on the influence of volume stability of mortar of 0.5 waterbinder ratio,analyzed the single and double mixed mineral admixture on the influence mechanism of volume stability of mortar.The results show that:Mineral admixtures can effectively reduce the shrinkage of mortar;Lower fly ash on the shrinkage of mortar is better than the lower slag powder on the shrinkage of mortar;the influence of double mixed mineral admixture on the shrinkage of mortar was between in the influence of fly ash and slag powder on the shrinkage of mortar.
