摘要
传统园林行业因为行业的区域性、行业的季节性、行业的资金密集性等特点,导致整个园林行业招标采购模式一直存在诸如:供应商引入渠道狭窄;采购途径不透明、易产生道德风险;缺乏性价比优秀的企业投标;与供应商互动沟通成本高;供应商资料采集和维护困难;缺乏良性竞争,难以优中选优;选择商品效率低、订货操作流程繁琐;外部协同程度低等问题。如何有效解决传统采购模式中资材(特别是活的资材苗木等)产销信息不畅,供需严重脱节,打通园林资材供销双向互联通道,节省采购成本,是文章研究的主要问题。
Because of its seasonal, regional and capital-intensive characteristics, the traditional garden industry hasmany problems which results in the public bidding mode in the whole landscape industry. The problems are as follows:narrow channel for importing suppliers; non- transparent procurement; lack of excellent enterprise bid costperformance; high cost in suppliers communication; supplier data acquisition and maintenance difficulties; lack ofbenign competition and so on. The paper focuses on how to effectively solve the absorption of production and marketinginformation in traditional purchasing mode, and we also tries to change the disconnect situation between supply anddemand.
