摘要
随着社会主义市场经济和经济全球化发展,我国的社会治理模式不断创新,我国各级政府逐渐将构建服务型政府作为其施政纲领,政府和社会越来越重视公共服务体系的建设和完善,而事业单位作为我国政府建立社会公共服务体系的具体实施机构和主要参与主体,在管理上还存在许多问题和较为落后的观念,因此事业单位管理改革势在必行。文章具体分析了目前我国事业单位管理的问题和现状,对事业单位管理的改革思路进行了分析,并对改革的创新点进行了归纳和总结,给出了改革的具体实施对策和建议。
With the development of the socialist market economy and economic globalization, the model of socialgovernance is also updated, governments of all levels in China gradually build a service-oriented government as itsplatform. The government and society pay more and more attention to the construction and improvement of publicservice system. As the concrete implementation agencies and major players of the government, public institutions stillhave many problems, so the management reform of public units is imperative. This paper analyzes the current problemsand status of management of public units of China, analyzes the train of thought of the management reform, and hascarried on the induction and summary to the reform and innovation points, and eventually gives the specificcountermeasures and suggestions of the reform in implementation.
