高校辅导员队伍建设创新途径分析

辅导员是在高校中专业从事学生思想政治教育工作的师资力量,在促进学生健康成长、提升学校整体实力的过程中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。然而,高校辅导员队伍建设仍然存在着很多不可忽视的问题,如果不能很好地解决,将会影响高校辅导员队伍建设的稳定性和实效性,不利于学生、教师和学校的发展。基于此,文章以提升高校辅导员队伍建设的效率为目标,指出当前辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,并就问题提出了有针对性的解决对策,以期创新高校辅导员队伍建设的途径,为更好地发挥辅导员的积极作用提供思路和方向。

The counselors are engaged in the students＇ political education work in colleges, who play an irreplaceableimportant role in the process of promoting the healthy growth of students. College counselor team construction, however,still have many problems, if not well solved, will affect the stability of the construction of college counselor teameffectiveness. Based on this, the article points out the problems existing in the current counselor team construction, andputs forward the corresponding solution countermeasures, in order to innovate the ways of college counselor teamconstruction, and aiming to provide ideas and direction for better playing the positive role of college counselors.
