复合抗菌肽“态康利保”对断奶仔猪组织抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of compound antibacterial peptide“Taikanglibao”on antioxidant function of tissues in weaned piglets

摘要 选取90头25日龄健康的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体质量相近、公母各半原则随机分成5组,对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组基础日粮+黄芪多糖400mg/kg,Ⅲ~Ⅴ组基础日粮+复合抗菌肽"态康利保"250、500、1 000mg/kg。检测断奶仔猪第39、53日龄时脾脏、肝脏、肺脏和肾脏组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性和T-AOC、抑制OH·能力及MDA含量,探讨复合抗菌肽"态康利保"对断奶仔猪组织抗氧化功能的影响。结果显示:添加黄芪多糖和不同质量浓度"态康利保"均能明显提高断奶仔猪脾脏、肝脏、肺脏和肾脏组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性和TAOC、抑制OH·能力,降低组织MDA含量(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且有剂量依赖效应;Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组抗氧化指标优于黄芪多糖Ⅱ组,以Ⅴ组效果更佳。结果表明:复合抗菌肽"态康利宝"能够有效提高断奶仔猪组织抗氧化能力,提高仔猪抗氧化应激能力。 Ninety 25-day-old weaned piglets with similar average body weight were randomly allocated to 5groups.During 26 to 53days of age,the control groupⅠwas fed basal diet,group Ⅱwas fed basal diet and 400 mg/kg astragalus polysacharin,groups Ⅲ-Ⅴwas fed separately with basal diet and"Taikanglibao"at a dosage of 250,500 and 1 000mg/kg,respectively.We got liver,lung,spleen and kidney from each group at the 39 and 53days of age respectively.And the samples were used for analysis the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT),total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC),the hydroxy free radical(OH-)and malonaldehyde(MDA).The results showed that the astragalus polysaccharides and"Taikanglibao"could significant increase(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,inhibition capacity of OH-and T-AOC,significantly decrease(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)the levels of MDA,with dose dependent.Theantioxidant indices of"Taikanglibao"at a dosage of 500 and 1 000mg/kg were superior to the 400mg/kg astragalus polysaccharides group,and the optimum additive dosage of"Taikanglibao"was found to be 1 000mg/kg.It showed that"Taikanglibao"could effectively improve the activity of the antioxidant enzyme of tissues in weaned piglets,act to scavenge free radicals and improve body function.
