摘要
采用热处理-水泥固化/稳定化技术对电镀污泥中的重金属进行稳定化、固定化处置,研究了掺杂混凝土的力学性能与浸出毒性。结果表明,热处理对电镀污泥减量化效益明显,残渣中铜、镍有富集作用,但其形态从可交换态向残渣态过渡较为明显(分别达到82.46%和96.58%),生物安全性得到明显提高。再将电镀污泥掺入混凝土,按照不同比例将水泥与电镀污泥混掺制砖,其中以80:20配比水泥块力学性能最好,浸出毒性达到国标限值要求。
Stabilization and immobilization of heavy metals from electroplating sludge dealt with heat treatment, ce- ment solidification/stability technology, mechanical properties and leaching toxicity are studied by mixing concrete. The re- suits show that, reduction effects of heat treatment on electroplating sludge is remarkably achieved, enrichment of reside from copper and nickel is carried out, transition of its form is obvious from exchangeable to residual (which can reach 82.46% and 96.58% respectively), bio-safety can be improved obviously. Mixed electroplating sludge and concrete, brick is prepared by cement and electroplating sludge according to different ratio, that mechanical properties is the best by 80:20 proportion, leaching toxicity can meet national standard.
