摘要
本文介绍了树脂基复合材料板簧的选材、成型方法及发展前景。用树脂基复合材料板簧代替钢制板簧,作为汽车主承力结构件,具有比强度高、质量轻、耐腐蚀、减振性能好、可设计性强、易于加工等优点。哈玻院设计的复合材料板簧弯曲疲劳寿命达100万次,已经通过了刚度测试、疲劳试验、路试。
The material choice,moalding methods and development perspective for resin composites were introduced in this paper. Resin composite springs as the main structure part replace the steel leaf spring,high strenghth,light quality,crosion resistance,vibration- reduced flexible design and easily processing. Composite springs designed by Harbin FRP Institute bending fatigue life of 1 million times,passed the rigid test,fatigue test and road test.
