An Investigation on the Implementation of the Health Allowance Policy for the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Personnels

本文针对《关于调整农业有毒有害保健津贴和畜牧兽医医疗卫生津贴的通知》,从政策的历史沿革、落实情况及存在问题、解读新政策特点等方面进行了调研与分析,提出了积极争取当地政府支持、加强与相关部门沟通协调、配合做好组织实施工作等方面的建议。

The standards of agricultural toxic and hazardous health allowance and animal husbandry and veterinary health allowance were increased recently by the state council. However, this policy hasn＇t been implemented well yet.
